Kathy's energy is grounded in wholehearted living. Kathy is a member of the pastoral teams at St. Mary Magdalene Community in southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey (www.smmcommunity.org) and Dignity Philadelphia. As a natural connector, Kathy's perspective is colored by the environments where she has worked: corporate telecommunications account management and marketing; international development consulting in West Africa, and executive career coaching. As Director of Career Transition Delivery Services for CCI Consulting, an HR consulting firm, Kathy recruits, orients, and manages consultant quality, oversees content development, facilitates workshops and webinars, and partners with those she coaches in finding their next job. Kathy has an active practice officiating, co-creating ceremonies (anniversaries, anointings, baptisms, burials, funerals, memorials, and weddings), and facilitating events that honor and celebrate life’s transitions. Kathy holds a Masters in Theology from Global Ministries University and a Bachelors in Science in Sociology from Rosemont College. She completed Newfield Network's Ontological Coach Training Program and is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
